Your Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with UK
Consumer Contracts Regulations.
If you decide to return your order, the cost of returning the item(s) will need to be covered by
the customer. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return reaches us
safely.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been
opened or used. This is to ensure the safety, hygiene and quality of all products for our
customers.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible
with your order details. Where possible, include photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items may not be eligible for return, including but not limited to:
